Engineering project review in concert with discretionary land use permit applications

· Plan review of civil site improvement plans for infrastructure design

· Inspection during project infrastructure construction

· Mapping services associated with land division and records of survey

· Floodplain management

· Grading permit review and issuance

· Grading and drainage complaint investigation

· Road name and address assignment
