The department has three major functions:

 

1. Reviews and approves Record of Survey and Subdivision Maps.

 

2. Reviews land development applications.

 

3. Reviews and approves subdivision improvements.

 

Fee Schedule

· Record Survey $100

· Parcel Map $200 + $40/hr. over 5 hours

· Final Map $200 + $40/hr. over 5 hrs.

· Lot stake check $100 + $2.00/lot

· Tentative Subdivision Map $200 + $1.50/lot

· Improvement Plan check actual cost
